Short version: we only collect what's needed to drive you, we never sell it, and this website sets no tracking cookies.
What we collect and why
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email, pick-up and drop-off details, travel date and time, and flight number if you give one. We use these solely to provide and confirm your journey (our lawful basis is performance of a contract under UK GDPR).
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and licensing obligations, then delete them. We share details with no one except where the law requires it.
This website itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the files.
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you: email bookings@gradhturas.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
